Bo's Place - Where Children are Heard and Hearts are Healed

The Charles and Betti Saunders Foundation recently funded a grant request, enabling Bo's Place to continue the mission of enhancing the lives of those who have experienced the loss of a loved one.  Thanks to The Charles and Betti Saunders Foundation for their continued generosity and support of our program.

Thanks to four members of Bo's Place Clinical Staff for attending and contributing to a successful 2010 NAGC Symposium.  Marian Mankin, Bo's Place Assistant Program Director, serves as the Secretary the Chair of the Symposium Committee for the NAGC Board of Directors, and thanks to her hard work throughout the year, the symposium was a great success.  Additionally, Corrine Walijarvi, Bo's Place Clinical Researcher, and Ann Weiss, Bo's Place Program Director, presented a session at the symposium entitled "Measuring Grief: Difficulties and Opportunities."  Elizabeth Cobb, Bo's Place Ongoing Groups Coordinator, brought a number of innovative programming and curriculum ideas back to implement.  Thank you all for contributing to the continued success of Bo's Place!
