Our keynote speaker is Regan Turner, a Texas A&M University graduate and former marine infantry officer.

Compassionate Houston 9/11 Remembrance
Bo’s Place is observing Compassionate Houston on Saturday, September 10th from 9:00am -12:00 noon. Activities include repainting the dog house, making quilt squares, planting seasonal flowers along the walkway and in the Memory Garden, mulching flower beds, cleaning and making LIGHT rocks, and assembling adult packets for LIGHT.

Bo's Place hosts Rice student volunteers
As part of Rice University's Urban Immersion program, incoming students volunteer at various non-profit organizations in Houston to become acquainted with the city and with the social issues impacting our area.
Bo's Place was thrilled to again host these students as part of the program. From preparing quilt panels to painting LIGHT rocks, they did so many wonderful things for our families. We appreciate these awesome students!
