Community Education and Training Services

Bo’s Place provides educational and training presentation about grief and the grief journey for a variety of audiences.  The program staff has presented to members of the medical, educational, and faith-based communities.  CEU credits are available.

School Personnel Training

School Personnel Training offers educational opportunities ranging from an 1-½ hour presentation to multi-day workshops. Methods include didactic and experiential methods ones designed to prepare counselors and educators to support grieving students and their families within the school setting.

Medical Staff/Social Services Training

Medical Staff/Social Services Training offers informative presentations on Bo’s Place services and understanding and addressing the grief journey.

Training to the Faith-Based Community

Training to the Faith-Based Community offers presentations on Bo’s Place services and understanding and addressing the grief journey.

Community Organizations

We offer informative presentations on Bo’s Place services to local professional groups, philanthropic societies and other organizations within the community.
